Services
As a reliable partner, NUSSLI implements its customers' construction projects and event plans quickly, ecologically sustainably and safely. As a turnkey provider of services, we offer both complete solutions and partial services – from the conceptual idea and the planning phase through to dismantling. We supply grandstands, stages, event structures, overlays, stadia, pavilions, and roadshows, museums and showrooms, custom structures, hall construction and solutions for interior fittings. Our own production facilities provide in-house support with timber and metal construction, and also manufactures independently and directly to order for the client.

About the Role
Your mission
- Du planst, steuerst und koordinierst die Einsätze unserer Bauleiter, Monteure und externen Teams
- Du bringst Aufgaben, Termine, Verfügbarkeiten und Budgets in eine realistische Einsatzplanung
- Du stimmst dich eng mit Projektleitung, Baustellen und internen Schnittstellen ab und reagierst flexibel auf Veränderungen
- Du gewinnst bei Bedarf externe Montagedienstleister und stellst passende Kapazitäten sicher
- Du erstellst Werkverträge und Rahmenvereinbarungen mit Dienstleistern rechtsicher und sorgfältig
- Du pflegst einen verlässlichen Austausch mit internen und externen Partnern und sorgst für klare Absprachen

What you bring
- Erfahrung in der Personal- Ressourcen- und/oder Einsatzplanung, idealerweise im Bau-, Montage-, Projekt- oder Veranstaltungsumfeld
- Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen Prioritäten zu setzen
- Klare, verbindliche Kommunikation sowie ein sicheres Gespür für unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner
- Eine selbständige, pragmatische Arbeitsweise und echte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Unternehmerisches Denken mit Blick auf Termine, Qualität und Kosten
- Führungserfahrung ist willkommen, entscheidend sind jedoch Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsstärke
