About The Company
About the Role

About this role

The challenge

As Country Manager – France, you will be responsible for driving Plenit's growth and business development in the French market. Your mission will be to define and execute the local business strategy, strengthen our position in the French IT channel ecosystem, and build a sustainable business based on strategic partnerships.

You will combine country-level leadership with hands-on commercial execution, translating Plenit's global strategy into a local business plan and overseeing the commercial operation in France. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, BDRs, and Marketing Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

A key part of your role will be developing strategic relationships with MSPs, ISVs, distributors, and IT integrators, while remaining personally involved in key accounts, complex negotiations, and high-value opportunities. You will also analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner needs to identify new opportunities and drive recurring revenue growth.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Partner Success, and Operations to ensure an effective go-to-market strategy and a consistent partner experience. As Plenit's main representative in France, you will also contribute to the company's international strategy, maintaining close alignment with the Madrid headquarters.
