Easy Car Rental and its affiliated LLCs independently own and operate airport and local community locations in Atlanta, Birmingham, Kansas City, Memphis, Tupelo, Nebraska, Utah, and Wichita. Budget Nebraska carries a line of rental vehicles, including sedans, fuel-efficient vehicles, luxury cars, convertibles, SUVs, pickup trucks, minivans, passenger vans, cargo vans, and moving trucks. Budget offers a variety of rental vehicles for leisure, business, group travel, corporate accounts, moving needs, and long-term rentals. Located just 1 mile from the Omaha Airport, Budget Nebraska has an airport location facility that is affordable, safe, and convenient. Omaha Airport Parking location is Eppley Airfield's original off-airport parking facility established in 1972 and offers the area's lowest full-service off-airport parking rates. About the Role

Description

Budget is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Rental Agent to join our Lincoln team.

This role is a great fit for someone with a background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or operations who enjoys working with customers while also taking ownership of important day-to-day responsibilities.

As a Rental Agent, you'll assist clients by finalizing reservations, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also support the daily operation by helping with car cleaning, vehicle inspections, inventory, callbacks, and other duties needed to support the reservation process.


This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable staying busy, working independently, supporting the team, and taking on responsibilities that help keep the operation running smoothly.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Weekend availability is a must

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of customer service experience

Professional communication skills

Problem resolution experience

Minimum age of 18

Valid driver's license
