We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist who enjoys helping others and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for clients, visitors, and employees. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play an important role in shaping the experience of everyone who walks through our doors or calls our organization. You will be part of a collaborative, employee-owned company where integrity, service, professionalism, and knowledge guide everything we do. What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Coordinate rental vehicles and related documentation.
  • Process and record payment receipts and invoices.
  • Organize, file, and archive important electronic documents.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with office supply purchases and other administrative support needs.
  • Support colleagues, clients, and visitors with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of clerical, administrative, customer service, or related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.
