Colliers | Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Brokerage Services Coordinator to support our Brokerage teams. As a Senior Brokerage Services Coordinator, you are an accomplished professional with extensive experience supporting high-performing teams in commercial real estate. Your background includes delivering exceptional sales support to internal and external clients, while confidently managing complex marketing, operational, and transactional initiatives. With strong business acumen, sound judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset, you will take ownership of key priorities and play an integral role in driving the team’s success.
What you will do...
Marketing and client materials
You will prepare offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials. You will customize and format materials using InDesign, Adobe, PowerPoint, or similar tools, ensuring everything meets Colliers’ branding and quality standards.
Transaction management and brokerage support
You will coordinate commercial real estate transactions from listing through closing, including leases, renewals, amendments, and sales. You will manage timelines, critical dates, and documentation while ensuring accuracy at every step. You will serve as a key point of contact for brokers, clients, attorneys, and internal partners, keeping deals organized and moving forward.
Operational excellence
You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the brokerage team, juggle competing priorities, and proactively identify ways to improve processes. You will anticipate needs, solve problems before they escalate, and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work and your team.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, communications, business or related field
- Minimum of Five (5) years of real estate experience, commercial real estate preferred.?
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Well-versed in creating and polishing marketing and presentation materials
- Clear, confident communication and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A problem solver, willing to take the initiative and seek out opportunities to add value.
- Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license or ability to obtain within six months of start date
