  • You build trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, business leaders, and community partners.
  • You're organized enough to manage 30 or more open requisitions without losing sight of quality or the candidate experience.
  • You're a creative sourcer who knows how to engage both active and passive talent in competitive labor markets.
  • You use data and insights to improve recruiting outcomes and guide decision-making.
  • You bring a collaborative, consultative approach and enjoy influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • You're motivated by growth and excited about the opportunity to help shape the future of a global manufacturing organization.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • At least 5-7 years of high-volume recruiting experience, including success in manufacturing, distribution, operations, warehouse, skilled trades, customer service, or professional hiring.
  • Experience managing 30 or more concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting skills, from intake and sourcing through interviewing, selection, offer, and follow-up.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Ability to travel periodically for hiring events, career fairs, and business meetings.

  • Accurate ATS records and practical recruiting insights using time-to-fill, requisition aging, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, quality-of-hire, retention, and candidate-experience data.
  • A commitment to equitable, compliant hiring practices and continuous improvement.
