Monthly Rate: $3350

Availability: Part-time 5 - hours/week

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- 5+ years of BIM experience in the AEC industry, including time in a BIM Manager or BIM Lead role

- Experience building automation tools, Revit add-ins, or platform integrations

- Serves as BIM Manager for an active, limited-scope project, managing model coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication in alignment with company standards

- Develops and maintains the project BIM Execution Plan, ensuring data integrity, accountability, and clear workflows through closeout

- Acts as the primary point of contact for BIM-related deliverables and project team coordination

- Serves as the internal Design Technology and Automation Specialist, owning the development and deployment of tools that improve consistency, reduce manual work, and scale service delivery

- Builds and maintains custom automation tools, Revit add-ins, and platform integrations that support BIM Managers and Coordinators across active projects

- Develops and maintains Autodesk Forma project templates, governance standards, and data management frameworks

- Builds reporting dashboards and data pipelines that give leadership real-time visibility into project health, model quality, and operational metrics

- Evaluates and recommends emerging Autodesk technologies and workflow tools

- Develops internal documentation, training materials, and standards that help the broader team adopt and sustain new tools

Good to have:

- Experience on data center, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing projects

- Experience with reality capture and point cloud data

- Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar tools

- Autodesk certifications or a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or computer science

- Excitement about shaping how technology is used across a growing company, with direct access to leadership

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead on active projects

- Advanced Revit proficiency with the ability to build automation tools using Dynamo, Python, C#, or the Revit API

- Strong English communication skills for coordinating with US-based stakeholders and leadership

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), BIM/VDC services

- Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, Revit API, Python, C#, Power BI
