About the Role
직무 설명
- HPLC, GC, FT-IR, FT-NIR 등 분석 장비를 활용한 원료 및 제품의 품질 시험·검사 수행
- 시험 결과 검토, 분석 데이터 해석 및 시험성적서/보고서 작성
- 품질 관련 표준작업절차서(SOP) 준수 및 관리
- 실험실 분석 장비의 일상 점검, 유지관리 및 이상 발생 시 조치 지원
- 검사성적서(CoA) 및 품질 데이터의 등록·관리
- 제조 및 현장 품질 이슈 확인과 원인 분석, 개선 활동 지원
- 글로벌 품질팀과의 영문 이메일 커뮤니케이션 및 품질 관련 보고
- 품질 데이터 표준화 및 디지털화 활동 참여
- 근무지: 신젠타코리아 익산공장
자격 요건
자격요건
- 화학, 분석화학, 농화학, 생명과학 등 관련 전공 학사 이상
- 신입 또는 관련 경력 5년 이하
- HPLC, GC, FT-IR, FT-NIR 등 분석 장비 운용 또는 관련 실험 경험 / 이해
- 실험실 안전수칙 및 품질관리 기본 원칙 대한 이해
- 원활한 협업 및 문서 작성 능력
우대사항
- 품질관리(QC), 품질보증(QA) 또는 분석 실험실 근무 경험
- 영문 이메일 작성 및 글로벌 협업 커뮤니케이션 가능자
- LIMS, SAP 등 품질 데이터 관리 시스템 사용 경험
