About The Company
We are building a European physical AI company developing AI and humanoids for real, reliable work. Our goal is to create embodied agents that operate safely, consistently, and at scale in real-world environments. Our conviction is that learning, control, and hardware must be built together as one integrated system from day one. Led by founders with deep expertise in advanced industrial-grade robotics and a track record of building and scaling global technology products, and supported by an accomplished leadership group across AI, hardware, product, and operations, we are assembling our team across Munich and Limassol.
About the Role

Your mission

As our Video Producer / Editor, you bring Vesoma's humanoid robots and the work behind them to life on screen.  You turn product demonstrations and technical progress into films with exceptional craft: technically credible, visually distinctive, and immediately understandable. Your work helps industrial customers see real capability, while building trust, recognition and desirability with a much broader global audience.

You lead video production end-to-end across our robot labs and representative work environments, from planning and set building to lighting to shooting, editing and final delivery. Working hands-on alongside our engineers and in close partnership with marketing, design, product and commercial, you capture our robots performing useful, real-world tasks. Creating world-class content from product videos, customer demos and social content to events, sales material and investor communications.

Key responsibilities

Creative Production

  • Own video production end-to-end, from treatments and shot planning through camera, lighting and audio to editing, motion graphics, colour, sound and final delivery.

  • Develop story, concepts, scripts, storyboards and visual treatments in close collaboration with marketing, design and product, bringing strong filmmaking judgement to scene composition, lens, light, palette, style and framing within Vesoma’s brand strategy and visual system.

  • Work hands-on in our robot labs and test areas alongside engineers, capturing product progress as it happens while maintaining a consistently high production bar.

Product Demonstrations

  • Work with product, commercial and engineering to turn customer use cases and robot capabilities into clear, credible demonstrations.

  • Help shape representative customer and demo environments with product, design, engineering and production partners, from layouts, fixtures and backdrops to lighting and scene setup.

  • Ensure everything we show accurately reflects the robot’s capabilities and the technical work behind them, while building trust with industrial customers and a broader global audience.

Content, Channels & Operations

  • Work closely with the management team, marketing, design, product and engineering teams to align content priorities, quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

  • Brief and manage agencies, freelancers, set builders and specialist crew when needed

  • Create product videos, customer demos, founder interviews & press materials, test footage, social content, event and trade-show material, sales assets, investor updates and employer-brand content.

  • Adapt content for different audiences and channels, from customer-facing films to LinkedIn, press materials, YouTube and other public platforms.

  • Build and maintain a secure, well-organised and searchable footage library across Munich and Limassol.

Your profile

We are looking for a hands-on filmmaker with exceptional visual judgement, strong technical curiosity and the ability to make complex technology clear, credible and compelling.

Experience

  • 5+ years of professional video production, filmmaking and/or editing experience.

  • A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating exceptional craft, ideally across technology, product, automotive, consumer electronics, industrial or similarly demanding work.

  • Demonstrated ownership of productions from pre-production and filming through post-production and final delivery.

Core skills

  • Production: Strong camera, lighting and audio skills, from fast-moving lab shoots to controlled product and studio setups.

  • Post-production: Advanced editing in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with strong motion graphics, colour and sound capabilities.

  • Storytelling: Strong instincts for story, pacing and structure, with the ability to turn technical progress and real product capability into films people understand and remember.

  • Visual judgement: A sharp eye for composition, movement, light and detail, and the filmmaking judgement to contribute confidently to concepts, storyboards and visual treatments.

  • Technical collaboration: Comfortable working hands-on with engineers, robots and unfinished hardware, while collaborating closely across marketing, design, product and commercial.

  • Execution: Able to manage and navigate quickly between multiple productions from brief, scripts, storyboard and shot lists all the way to shoot logistics & final delivery without lowering the quality bar.

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience filming robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, hardware or  industrial technology.

  • Still photography, 3D animation or product visualisation skills in Blender, Cinema 4D or similar.

  • Experience with drone & gimbal, sets, physical environments or product-demo productions.

  • Fluency with modern AI tools across image, video, audio and post-production.

  • German language skills (for Munich)

Mindset

You move at startup speed and care equally about craft and technical truth. You earn trust with highly technical teams, think deeply about customers and audiences, and combine strong creative judgement with hands-on execution. You see the story in a test run, bring order to a messy production environment, and make the robot look its best without overstating what it can do.

Why us?

The Team: Work directly alongside founders with a proven track record of building unicorn-scale companies and defining global robotics standards.

Smart Strategy: We operate as disciplined fast followers. Capital is timed to the deployment inflection point, avoiding early-mover dead ends to scale fast on proven foundations.

Resources: We are substantially internally funded and attract top-tier investors to avoid any capital constraints for our mission.

Historic Opportunity: Join at the dawn of a new industry comparable to the rise of the automobile. Help shape the European champion in this trillion-dollar market.

About us

We are building a global leader in physical AI, anchored in Europe’s strongest robotics heritage. Founded by entrepreneurs with backgrounds in scaling digital products and advanced robotics, the team is bolstered by senior leadership from top-tier AI research labs and industrial tech companies.

Driven by a mission to create versatile and trustworthy embodied AI for physical labor, We fuse deep engineering mastery in AI and mechatronics with a rapid-execution culture. We are addressing the labor shortage by closing the gap to production-grade deployment. This means building the trusted alternative: robots that are safe, secure, and engineered to automotive standards of scale and durability.

Well-capitalized and operating in stealth, we are now assembling our team.

Our Locations: Vesoma has two main locations: Munich, Germany and Limassol, Cyprus. This pan-European setup represents our core ambition of building a European technology leader, gives us a great talent base and a strong corporate structure.

We are an equal opportunity employer.
