Ihre Aufgaben
In dieser Position sind Sie für die eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Versandvorgänge im Projekt- und Ersatzteilgeschäft zuständig.Im Detail übernehmen Sie:
Versandabwicklung Projekte:
- Disposition geeigneter Verkehrsträger in Zusammenarbeit mit benannten Frachtführern
- Koordination von Lieferanten hinsichtlich Termine und Mengen sowie Abwicklung projektbezogener Exportzollvorgänge
- Termin- und Lieferabstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (u. a. Vormontage, Einkauf, PMO sowie Projekt- und Baustellenleitung)
- Versandabwicklung und Dokumentation im ERP-System (SAP S/4HANA)
- Prüfung projektbezogener Frachtrechnungen
- Erstellung und Abstimmung projektbezogener Versand- und Zolldokumente inkl. 3-Lands-Abwicklung
- Prüfung und Umsetzung des HU-Status je Transport
- Versand von Sonder- und Übermaßteilen
- Abwicklung internationaler Versandvorgänge im Ersatzteilgeschäft (Schwerpunkt Luftfracht) sowie innereuropäischer Versandvorgänge im KEP- und Stückgutbereich
- Zollabwicklung inkl. Tarifierung und Erstellung der erforderlichen Versand- und Zolldokumente
- Abwicklung von KEP-, Stückgut- sowie nationalen und internationalen Versendungen
- Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (z. B. Sales, Logistik)
- Beschaffung fehlender Unterlagen sowie Abwicklung von Behördenvorgängen (z. B. Zoll)
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbar
- Kenntnisse in der Export- und Importzollabwicklung sowie im internationalen Versand (Land-, See- und Luftfracht)
- Erfahrung in der Projekt- und/oder Ersatzteillogistik, vorzugsweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (idealerweise S/4HANA) sowie MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
