Front Desk Supervisor – Little Palm Island

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort’s front desk and guest services team, ensuring an exceptional, personalized experience for every guest. This position serves as a leader and key point of contact for guests while supporting the Front Office Manager and maintaining the high service standards expected of a luxury island resort.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Front Desk and Guest Services team members during daily operations.
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service throughout their stay.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest requests.
  • Resolve guest concerns and service issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor daily arrivals, departures, VIP guests, special requests, and special occasions.
  • Train, coach, and motivate front-office team members while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily operational organization.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures.
  • Communicate important guest information and operational updates to management and other departments.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively create memorable experiences.
  • Maintain a professional, polished, and welcoming presence consistent with a luxury resort environment.
  • Perform additional front-office and guest-service duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front desk, guest services, in luxury hospitality.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Experience with hotel/resort property-management systems is preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example.


In this hands-on position, whether welcoming our on-Island arrivals or lunch or dinner guests, your priority remains providing our Island Guests with exceptional service as they embark on their dream vacation.
