Reporting directly to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager we are currently seeking a Material Handler for our Day Shift to be based at our Denver facility.

Job Title: Material Handler
Job Status: Full Time
Salary: $21-$24 per hour depending on experience

Position Summary: Our Material Handler will be responsible for organizing and kitting jobs.
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 6am- 2:30pm
Essential Functions - Other duties may be assigned.
Material Handling
- Keep steel stock areas clean and organized.
- Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on jobs and then pulling the right products for each job. Kit the steel as needed.
- Work closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing groups to determine when product is missing in a delivery.
- Responsible for yard organization and cleanliness.

- Maintains regular and consistent job attendance, comes to work on time.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Able to keep work area clean and organized.
- Arrive to work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled. Ability to maintain positive working relationships with those encountered in the course of the work.
- Frequently stand for prolonged periods, lifting/moving of up to 100 pounds, pulling, pushing, reaching, grasping, kneeling, crouching, stooping, crawling and climbing ladders.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Customer focus.
- Must be able to work as and with a team, take direction from supervisor(s), adhere to required work schedules, adjust easily to changes in midstream, focus attention on details and follow work rules.
- Mentor fellow employees/teammates when the opportunity presents itself. A record of dependability and cooperation in previous work environments.
Work Schedule: Must be able to work a 40-hour work week and additional time as required.
