About The Company
Dedicated to artistic experimentation and collaboration Mimosa House is a new, independent, non-profit project space in the heart of Mayfair that works with emerging practitioners. Developed by curator Daria Khan, Mimosa House supports artistic process and exchange and delivers a public programme including four group exhibitions a year and collateral events. The programme will focus on self-initiated artists’ projects and collaborations by female and queer artists in particular.
About the Role

Description

The Mimosa House – Curtis Park is looking for an energetic and dependable Busser to join our team! This is a great entry-level position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and being part of a team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service areas
  • Assist servers with pre-bussing tables throughout service
  • Refill waters and assist with guest needs when appropriate
  • Keep bus stations stocked, clean, and organized
  • Assist with opening and closing side work
  • Communicate with servers, hosts, and management to help maintain smooth table turnover
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Jump in and assist the team wherever needed during busy shifts

What We're Looking For

  • No previous restaurant experience required — we are willing to train!
  • Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry bus tubs, dishes, and restaurant supplies
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and organization

Availability

Weekend and holiday availability is required. Applicants should have reliable availability during our operating hours of 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
