Description
Mason Wright Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable CNA's and HHA's to provide hands-on care and support to our residents.
Our current openings are:
1st shift: 8 hours, every other Saturday only
1st shift: 16 hours, including every other weekend
1st shift: 24 hours, including every other weekend
2nd shift: 16 hours, including every other weekend
2nd shift: 24 hours, including every other weekend
3rd shift: 16 hours, including every other weekend
3rd shift: 24 hours, including every other weekend
3rd shift: 40 hours, including every other weekend
3rd shift: 32 hours, including every other weekend
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Provide medication reminders under nursing supervision
- Complete required documentation and assist with daily resident needs
- Work as part of a collaborative Health & Wellness team
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate required
- Experience working with older adults; dementia experience preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Flexible with scheduling
- Spanish-speaking skills a plus
