Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a direct-hire manufacturing opportunity in Leominster, Massachusetts. This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production and facility equipment.

SCHEDULE
• Monday–Friday
• Choose between 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Mandatory overtime is part of the schedule
• Full-Time
• On-Site

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment reliability.
• Repair and replace mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and perform light plumbing and welding as needed.
• Read basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Use drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools as needed.
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when required.
• Follow established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

Requirements
• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills REQUIRED
• Experience with electro-mechanical industrial equipment REQUIRED
• Knowledge of hydraulics and basic electrical concepts REQUIRED
• Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier items with appropriate assistance REQUIRED
• Ability to work the required schedule and mandatory overtime REQUIRED
