About the Role

Actuarial Vacation work: December 2026

 

The KPMG South Africa Actuarial team invites third-year Actuarial Science students to apply for our two-week Vacation Work Programme, running from 30 November - 11 December in both our Johannesburg and Cape Town offices.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a leading actuarial consulting environment.

 

Successful candidates will benefit from:

-          Exposure to a dynamic consulting environment and real-world actuarial work.

-          Insights into key actuarial topics and reporting frameworks such as Solvency Assessment and Management (SAM) and IFRS 17.

-          Direct interaction with experienced professionals in the KPMG SA Actuarial team.

-          A deeper understanding of the actuarial qualification process and career path.

-          Compensation for participation in the programme.

 

Please note: This is an in-person programme, and attendance at the relevant KPMG office is required.
