FLSA: Non-exempt, payable bi-weekly on Fridays
Pay Range: $22.61 -$26.60 per hour, negotiable based on experience

NHTrust is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Wealth Management team in Concord, NH. In this fast-paced, high-touch environment, you’ll help keep client appointments, meeting materials, electronic files, events, office resources, and daily workflows organized and on track. No two days will be the same. The successful candidate will be able to take direction from multiple stakeholders, work independently with sound judgment, and contribute as part of a dynamic, client-focused team

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Keep the office running smoothly by coordinating calendars, supplies, mail, meetings, client appointments, electronic files, and daily administrative needs
- Prepare, organize, and quality-check presentation packets, reports, agendas, seminar materials, handouts, and correspondence
- Create a polished client experience by coordinating appointments, meeting rooms, business lunches, seminar logistics, and follow-up items
- Maintain accurate client records, CRM information, document repositories, and administrative tracking tools while protecting confidential information
- Support the onboarding of new client relationships by gathering, organizing, routing, and maintaining required forms and documentation
- Partner with Wealth Advisors, leadership, operations teams, vendors, and external contacts to resolve routine needs and keep work moving forward
- Assist with client seminars, educational events, and special projects, including invitations, materials, attendee tracking, setup, and post-event follow-up
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and document management systems to support accurate and efficient workflows
- Balance multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and strong follow-through
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of administrative, office coordination, client service, or financial services support experience preferred
- Experience supporting advisors, executives, professional services teams, or client-facing office environments is helpful
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM systems, electronic file management, presentation preparation, and appointment scheduling preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Professional, client-focused communication skills and discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to receive direction from multiple stakeholders, clarify priorities, and follow through independently
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive team approach
