About the Role

Core Responsibilities

  • Financial Partnership: Act as the first line of contact for BU finance for OCS oversea businesses, for financial reporting, planning and analysis on gross margin by factory, operating expenses, capital, and cash flow. 
  • Accounting & Financial Close: 
  • Cost Accounting & Operations: Partner with operations teams to manage standard costs, analyze work orders, review cost allocations, and evaluate work-in-progress (WIP) fluctuations. 
  • Planning & Forecasting: Support BU controller on quarterly forecasting cycles and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). 

Work closely with shared-service team, prepares daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close accounting journals. 

Serve as OCS accounting and reporting system lead to ensure timely and accurate accounting mapping to meet accounting and reporting requirements

Support BU controller on financial statements, variance analyses and ad hoc corporate reporting requests 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; 
  • Experience: 5 years of direct experience in an MNC, with cost accounting and/or FP&A experience highly desired
  • Skills: 

Energetic and strong team player. This role required interactions with multiple stakeholders in country and globally. 

Solid grasp of US GAAP, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis 

ERP and Hyperion experience desired
