  • Support discovery activities including workshops, stakeholder engagement and technical analysis
  • Partner with Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to validate solution options and technical feasibility
  • Conduct impact assessments, estimation and sizing activities
  • Identify dependencies, non-functional requirements, risks and assumptions early in the lifecycle
  • Provide clear recommendations and insights to support prioritisation and decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement across intake, discovery and delivery readiness processes

About You

You'll bring:

  • Experience operating within demand management, intake, business analysis, delivery, or technology portfolio functions
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for workflow management, reporting and backlog processes
  • The ability to translate technical and architectural concepts into clear, actionable work items
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working across multiple delivery teams and technology domains
  • Financial and commercial awareness to support prioritisation and benefits tracking

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to mainframe or large-scale enterprise environments
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices and ITIL processes

Why Join Us?
