What does the job involve?
Responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment used in the energy production process. This includes carrying out routine inspections and maintenance on pumps, compressors, turbines, and other mechanically operated equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance, adhere to safety regulations and work with the maintenance team when coordination maintenance schedules or repairs.You are utilizing your knowledge in a specific area to carry out tasks that have a short-term operational impact/risk. You independently complete assigned work, either with guidance or by following well-defined guidelines and procedures, in order to achieve targets set by others that have an impact on your immediate team. You effectively communicate facts, practices, and policies to individuals within your immediate team and occasionally with external parties. You adhere to established procedures, identify and resolve challenges, seek continuous improvement, embrace change and ambiguity, and demonstrate flexibility to adopt new activities and ways of working. What will my tasks be?
Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
- Ansvarlig for alle vedlikeholdsoppgaver på det mekaniske feltet, og for å sikre at alle operasjonelle krav er oppfylt i henhold til styrende dokumentasjon og selskapets prosedyrer.
- Bidra til teknisk opplæring av lærlinger og andre ansatte i det mekaniske teamet.
- Sørge for effektivt samarbeid med leverandører og andre fagområder for å sikre sømløs koordinering og samarbeid.
- Utføre rutinemessig vedlikehold på mekanisk utstyr og mekaniske systemer for å sikre trygg og effektiv drift.
- Dette omfatter oppgaver som rengjøring, smøring, justering av komponenter, utskiftning av utslitte deler og jevnlig kontroll av systemparametre, alarmer og datatrender for å sikre jevn drift og identifisere eventuelle avvik eller unormale situasjoner.
- Sikre at vedlikeholdsoppgavene utføres effektivt og til riktig tid.
- Rapportere logg over vedlikeholdsaktiviteter og sørge for at alle aktiviteter er forsvarlig dokumentert og gjennomført.
- Delta aktivt i identifisering av forbedringsområder i vedlikeholdsprosesser og -prosedyrer på det mekaniske feltet.
- Feilsøking av problemstillinger som kan oppstå, som funksjonsfeil eller defekter på utstyr. Dette omfatter bruk av diagnostiseringsverktøy og -teknikker for å finne den underliggende årsaken til problemet og foreslå egnede løsninger.
- Utføre modifiseringer på mekanisk utstyr og mekaniske systemer, inkludert systemoppgraderinger, utstyrsforbedringer, reparasjoner eller innføring av ny mekanisk teknologi.
- Følge sikkerhetsprotokoller og retningslinjer nøye i all mekanisk drift. Dette inkluderer å følge sikkerhetsprosedyrer, bruke verneutstyr (PPE) og rapportere eventuelle sikkerhetsproblemer eller -hendelser til gjeldende personell.

- Norsk fagbrev innen mekaniske fag, med minimum 3 års relevant erfaring er å foretrekke.
- God kjennskap til regler, reguleringer, standarder og tekniske krav i det aktuelle faget.
