About The Company
At Kids & Company, we’re passionate about providing a dynamic and engaging early learning experience that’s centered around our emergent curriculum and learn-through-play philosophy. Our proprietary programs—Alpha-Mania (pre-literacy and early reading), Mini Masters (art), and Munchkinetics (movement)—are thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity, self-expression, coordination, and most importantly, fun. We take pride in incorporating sign language in our infant and toddler rooms, and our well-rounded curriculum includes music, French, science, exploration, and creative play, all aimed at fostering holistic child development. In our Kidco Kitchen, we serve fresh, nutritious meals daily, prepared by a dedicated chef and nutritionist. Our family-style dining approach empowers children to make their own food choices, helping them develop valuable self-help skills. At Kids & Company, we’re committed to nurturing every aspect of your child’s growth, providing an early learning experience that’s truly one of a kind.
About the Role

Inspire Young Minds. Build Your Career. Make an Impact.

Are you passionate about working with children and helping them grow, learn, and thrive? At Inspire Early Education, we create a joyful, inclusive environment where both children and educators flourish.

Inspire Early Education is looking for a results-driven Local Enrollment & Community Coordinator to grow enrollment across our 8 St. Louis, MO schools.

This role has two clear objectives: to generate more qualified family leads and help convert more tours into registrations.

You will spend most of your time in our schools and their surrounding communities — executing local marketing activities, finding new ways to reach families, partnering with School Directors on prospective family tours, and ensuring families receive consistent and effective enrollment experience.

This is a hands-on growth role. Success is measured by leads, tour conversion, registrations, and enrollment — not marketing activity.

Why You'll Love Working with Us:

  • We don’t just support children — we support YOU.
  • Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life)
  • Paid time off + paid holidays (because balance matters)
  • 401(k) to invest in your future
  • Employee childcare discounts
  • Daily Pay App — get paid when you need it
  • Career growth opportunities (we promote from within!)
  • A welcoming, inclusive, and team-first culture
  • Recognition for the incredible work you do

What You’ll Do:

Generate Local Leads

  • As part of onboarding, mystery shop key competitors around each St. Louis school to understand the local childcare offering and identify Inspire’s key differentiating factors. Use these insights to strengthen our local messaging, tour experience, and enrollment approach.
  • Build relationships with parent groups, apartment communities, pediatric/OB-GYN offices, children’s activities, libraries, family organizations, and other relevant local referral sources.
  • Identify and participate in high-potential family and community events and create school-based enrollment events such as Open Houses, Play & Tour mornings, Infant Program previews, and Preschool events.
  • Keep each school visible on social media: promote upcoming school and community events, capture photos and short videos of families, children, and teachers at events (following Inspire’s photo-consent guidelines), and post timely recaps and highlights that showcase the Inspire experience and drive families to book a tour.

Own the Tour & Enrollment Experience

  • Partner with School Directors to deliver consistent, engaging, and high-quality tour experience.
  • Bring Inspire’s differentiating factors to life during tours, connecting them directly to what matters to each family.
  • Own the enrollment package provided to prospective families, ensuring materials are accurate, compelling, up to date, and consistently used across schools.
  • Own timely (<24hours) post-tour follow-up and stay engaged with families through registration.

Who You Are

  • Experience in sales, admissions, field marketing, hospitality, community outreach, or another results-driven customer-facing role. (Required)
  • Strong sales instincts and confidence helping families move toward a decision.
  • Outgoing, resourceful, and comfortable meeting new people throughout the community.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple schools, tours, follow-ups, and local activities.
  • Comfortable spending most of the week in the field and being accountable for measurable results.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the St. Louis market. (Required)
  • Early childhood experience is helpful but not required.
