About the Role
- Should have minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP COUPA, with SAP S/4HANA Enhancements or implementation experience.
- Is responsible for guiding, mentoring, and coaching juniors in resolving tickets and issues in adherence to the agreed client SLA.
- Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BPP, functional Specification (FS), co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) – Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
• In Depth Configuration Knowledge
• In Depth Knowledge on Logistics Invoice Verification and Automatic Account Determination Process
• Should have hands-on Experience on end to end SAP Coupa Configuration
• Should have experience / in depth understanding on Buisness processes
• Should have knowledge on WRICEF objects and able to work on interfaces and Enhancements
Responsibilities
- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Should have prior working experience in S4 Hana project experience.
- Exposure to S/4 Road Map, Best Practices and Industry knowledge
- Individual would be required to gather business requirements & prepare TO BE design documents
- Individual need to have strong knowledge SAP S/4HANA – Material Management and Procurement Domain & Simplification List
- Strong knowledge in Procurement Business scenarios and Processes across different industries and domains.
- Preparation of related Configuration documents.
- Individual should be able to create Functional Specifications, Unit and SIT Test Cases
- Work and collaborate with technical consultants to design, build and realize Custom developments (RICEFW)
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with Cross Module teams for resolution
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
- Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
- Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal) Skills
