Mister Sparky Electric – Residential Electrician | Virginia Beach | Leadership Opportunity

At Mister Sparky Electric, we’re looking for an experienced residential electrician who wants to do quality work, be treated like a professional, and have an opportunity to grow.

This is residential-only electrical work with no commercial work. You’ll start hourly, with the opportunity to move into a Team Leader position as you demonstrate the technical skills, leadership, and experience needed to take the next step.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Complete quality work while following safety standards and electrical codes
  • Help support and mentor other technicians as you grow into leadership

What You Bring

  • Several years of residential electrical experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Journeyman license or applicable Virginia electrical credentials preferred
  • Knowledge of residential electrical codes and requirements
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role
