About the Role
Job Description
- Shift Handling activity , Breakdown handling and shift reporting
- Root cause analysis, CAPA and proactive approaches
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, transducer, SPM , Assembly stations
- ST programming understanding, diagnosis and process mapping
- CAPA implementation, PM and predictive check sheet upgradation
- Familiar with SAP, I4.0, Robotics, Drawing study
- Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure timely and high-quality repairs of equipment and infrastructure
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement
- Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for seamless operations
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
- Manage audits and inspections to identify risks and improvement areas
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff and contractors
Qualifications
Mechatronics B.tech 4-7 years of experience
