Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one Full-Time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to join our team at Perlo Ridge Apartments and Sherman’s Valley Apartments. This position will provide oversight to the communities teams, process Tax Credit and Rural Development leases for our residents and provide excellent customer service. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall operations of the properties.
  • Staff supervision.
  • Comply with Federal, State and Local programs and Fair Housing laws.
  • Manage capital improvement projects.
  • Rent collection.
  • Budget oversight and expense control.
  • Processing move in applications and recertifications.
  • Customer service- work order requests, communications, etc.
  • Data entry.
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry. 
  • Prior affordable experience (Tax Credit, Rural Development preferred). 
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative process. 
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. 
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation. 
  • High School Diploma/GED. 
  • Yardi experience preferred.
