Key Responsibilities:
- Simultaneous operation of multiple CNC machines
- Manual machine operations
- Daily use of math skills
- Ability to perform repetitive work
- Ability work in metric and standard dimensions
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must meet attendance requirements
- Must work independently and/or in a team environment
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must meet expected throughput of production goals on multiple machines simultaneously
- Maintain 3 or fewer reject tags per year
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to inspect and measure components using micrometers, calipers, part specific gauges, pin gauges, height gauges, optical comparator, surface finish standards and other standard measuring equipment
- Moderate frequency of heavy lifting (maximum weight 50lbs)
- Moderate frequency of gripping/reaching
- Manual dexterity is moderately necessary
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
- Load stock into machines and associated fixturing
- Deburr as necessary
- Change tools and perform tool offsets as needed
- Perform machine maintenance for daily use (i.e. tool life management, coolant, oils and fluid level and accuracy)
- In-process inspection
- Train / qualify on Level II gauges plus manual and DCC-CMMs

Minimum Qualifications
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED
- Experience/knowledge of calipers and/or micrometers
- 2 years CNC experience
