Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our wellness focused team at a new location in Lewis Center, Ohio.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients achieve their ideal health and wellness goals while you grow your career in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.  As a key member of our wellness-focused team, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and overall quality of life through evidence-based functional and integrative medicine approaches.  We are committed to offering opportunities for professional development and equity participation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for patients, emphasizing wellness, longevity, and preventive health strategies

- Provide services such as hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional support, and metabolic health assessments

- Conduct comprehensive lifestyle assessments and recommend tailored interventions to improve patient health outcomes

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, evidence-based wellness treatments including hair restoration therapies and other innovative health solutions

- Educate patients on health optimization strategies and support their journey toward improved well-being

- Stay current with advancements in functional medicine, longevity, and preventive healthcare to ensure the highest quality of care

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with experience in functional, integrative, or preventive medicine preferred

- Strong interest in wellness, longevity, and holistic health approaches

- Knowledge of hormone therapies, peptide treatments, metabolic health, and nutritional support

- Excellent communication and patient education skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovative healthcare solutions

- Commitment to health equity and providing inclusive, personalized care

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
