Fury Motors’ Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in South St. Paul is looking for a Service Manager who understands dealership service operations and knows how to bring out the best in a team. If you enjoy solving problems, developing people, and seeing your leadership translate into results, we’d like to meet you.


About the Role


You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the service department, balancing shop workflow, customer experience, and financial performance. From helping advisors navigate a customer concern to removing obstacles that slow down technicians, you’ll be actively involved in helping the department succeed.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and hold service advisors and technicians accountable for quality work and consistent performance.
  • Manage scheduling, repair workflow, and shop capacity to keep work moving and customers informed.
  • Monitor labor sales, technician productivity and efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve department performance and put practical solutions into action.
  • Resolve customer concerns with clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through.
  • Partner with the parts department to support timely repairs and accurate repair orders.
  • Oversee repair order documentation, warranty processes, and adherence to manufacturer requirements.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of the service team.
  • Maintain a safe, organized department that follows dealership policies and applicable requirements.
  • Work with dealership leadership to set goals, address challenges, and plan for growth.

What You Bring

  • Experience in automotive dealership service operations, with service management or team leadership experience preferred.
  • An understanding of repair workflow, service advising, technician productivity, and department financial performance.
  • The ability to set clear expectations, coach employees, and address performance concerns.
  • A customer-focused approach and confidence handling difficult conversations.
  • Strong organization and follow-through when priorities shift.
  • Comfort using dealership management systems and performance reports.
  • A practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to stay involved in daily operations.
