About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our Sydney team on an initial six-month contract. Commencing in October 2026, this full-time position operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

As a valued member of the team, you will gain practical, hands-on experience, develop your commercial and legal skills, and build a strong foundation within an international law firm. You will work alongside experienced legal professionals and play an important role in supporting the delivery of legal services to our client. 

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis 

  • Reviewing, organising, and managing legal documents

  • Drafting correspondence and basic legal documentation 

  • File and matter management 

  • Assisting lawyers and legal professionals with case preparation 

  • Providing administrative and project support

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be an experienced Paralegal 

  • Currently be studying a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor, or have recently completed your studies

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills 

  • Be able to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Be confident in using Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Demonstrate a proactive, positive, and professional approach to your work

  • Be available to work full-time hours.
