Collision Repair Technician

Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collision Repair Technician to join our high-end, manufacturer-certified collision center.
Our facility is focused on performing safe, accurate, OEM-compliant repairs. We invest heavily in training, tooling, equipment, and repair information so our technicians have what they need to repair modern vehicles correctly.
We also believe in developing technicians. We provide internal hands-on training, manufacturer training, and ongoing industry education to help our team continue advancing their skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Remove, replace, and repair damaged panels and components
- Complete welded, riveted, bonded, and manufacturer-specified repair procedures
- Perform disassembly and reassembly as needed
- Follow OEM repair procedures and repair plans
- Identify and communicate hidden or additional damage
- Maintain proper panel fit, body gaps, and structural alignment
- Restore corrosion protection following repairs
- Work closely with blueprinting, parts, paint, and quality-control teams
- Participate in final quality control inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Properly care for Collision Center tools and equipment

Training and Development may include:
- Internal hands-on training and mentorship

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Driving License
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Collision repair or related automotive experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Pride in workmanship
- Ability to follow OEM repair procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and complete ongoing training
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing repair quality
