Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.


This position may include 8-hour shift times, including a weekend rotation.


Pay

$20-22.25 per hour, dependent upon experience


Essential Job Functions

  • Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, per the care plan.
  • Monitors residents’ condition responds to needs promptly, reports changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately documents care each shift.
  • Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection prevention, universal precautions, body mechanics, and equipment-use standards.
  • Participates in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
