About The Company
Since 1983, Griffin Industries has delivered complex cast and machined components for high-performance industries including defense, power generation, automotive, recreation, and agriculture. We specialize in intricate designs and prototype to low-volume production programs where engineering collaboration, rapid iteration, and disciplined execution are critical. With CMMC Level 2 certification, Griffin is part of a limited group of approved vendors qualified to support defense programs involving Controlled Unclassified Information. We understand the heightened security, documentation, and performance expectations required in these environments and have built our processes accordingly. Over four decades, we have developed strong relationships with foundries and OEM partners by helping prove out difficult designs, navigating casting and machining challenges, and responding quickly when refinements are required. Our integrated approach reduces development friction, accelerates program maturity, and supports mission-critical performance requirements from first article through sustained production. As a family-owned business, our foundation is built on loyalty, integrity, and accountability. We invest in our people, foster long-term partnerships, and take pride in being a responsive, reliable partner for complex prototype and low-volume machined castings.
