About the Role
- Own and support Chip Sorter equipment to achieve production, quality, and reliability targets.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and lead root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs.
- Drive productivity, OEE, UPH, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Support new equipment installation, qualification, and production release.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, Quality, and Supplier teams to improve equipment performance.
- Analyze equipment data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead automation and digitalization projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop equipment specifications, standards, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or assembly operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automation systems, machine vision, robotics, and semiconductor equipment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
