Why can I only view limited per day on the free plan?

Free access gives everyone a fair starting point. But seeing every job instantly creates an unfair advantage, so unlimited browsing is reserved for Pro users who want full access to fresh, hidden, and time-sensitive roles. Limiting free browsing also prevents automated scraping by competitors.

What sources do you pull jobs from?

We aggregate from: - company career pages - startup platforms - ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, etc.) - niche regional job boards - hidden talent networks not indexed by Google Over 50,000 sources → one unified feed.

Are these jobs legitimate?

Yes. We automatically remove: - expired listings - spam - shady postings - duplicates - fake "ghost jobs" Every job you see is active, real, and verified at the source.

We are looking for a S&C Finance Transformation Manager to join our Finance Reinvention Partner practice, leading end-to-end transformation programs for the Finance function. You will work closely with CFOs and Finance leadership teams in Spain and internationally to reimagine and transform the Finance function, from strategy and design through to implementation, combining operating model, process, technology and AI transformation to deliver measurable and sustainable business value.

What you will do:

· Define strategy, design and lead the implementation of end-to-end Finance operating models (organization, processes, data, technology, and capabilities).

· Manage teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.

· Drive digitalization and optimization of end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and AI.

· Design and oversee technology modernization roadmaps, including ERP, Cloud, Analytics, and AI copilots.

· Advise CFOs and executive committees on diagnostics, business cases, and finance transformation programs.

· Drive innovation and contribute to the evolution of our Finance Reinvention capabilities, particularly around AI and the future of Finance.

What we are looking for:

· 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or similar environments (Big 4, strategic consulting firms).

· Proven experience in:

o Financial operating model transformation.

o Financial process reengineering and digitalization.

o Implementation of financial platforms (ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics).

· Advanced knowledge or strong interest in generative AI and agentic AI applications in finance.

· Leadership skills, team management, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Fluency in Spanish and English.
