Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Facilities Coordinator at our Salina, KS Location. 


Description:


This position will require a high level of performance while handling multiple, shifting priorities. The qualified candidate will provide superior customer service and communication skills and work with all levels of staff and management within the organization. 


Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues based on Bank policies, making appropriate referrals as needed
  • Use Facilities Management software to track service requests, tenant communications and information along with maintaining relevant lease information for bank tenants
  • Administrative assist with the optimization of the Bank’s real estate holdings
  • Communication with Facilities Maintenance staff daily
  • Assist in the planning, communication and implementation of tasks related to the opening and closing of locations
  • Performing a wide variety of administrative support functions including report creation and editing, external communications, facilitation of meetings and special events along with database upkeep and maintenance


Education/Experience Preferred:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Prior banking experience preferred
  • 2+ years prior administrative experience required
  • Must possess proven ability to maintain confidentiality and be proactive in approach to duties
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels and various departments throughout the organization
  • Must be a self-starter able to work with or independent of others
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Occasional overnight and out of state travel


Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.


Working Conditions


The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work-related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
