• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred, but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $26–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Schedule: Five evening shifts per week.
• Restaurant Hours: 3 PM–10 PM on weekdays and 3 PM–11 PM on weekends.
• Weekend availability and flexibility are essential.

Position Overview

Aventura is seeking a passionate, motivated, and hands-on Hourly Floor Manager to join our growing management team.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining a positive, team-focused environment.
• Support, motivate, and coach team members to achieve operational and hospitality standards.
• Learn and develop proficiency in all front-of-house positions.
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary leadership, and hourly employees.
• Lead by example through active participation in daily operations.
• Provide constructive feedback and recognize outstanding performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
• Maintain a visible and engaged presence throughout the dining room.
• Build meaningful guest relationships and respond professionally to concerns.
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service challenges.
• Uphold Aventura's commitment to quality, hospitality, and memorable dining experiences.

Restaurant Operations

• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee dining room organization, cleanliness, and service readiness.
• Monitor restaurant flow and support efficient service execution.
• Assist team members during high-volume periods and unexpected operational challenges.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Support training, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
• Help maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn every position and support all areas of restaurant operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
• Comfortable coaching, motivating, and developing others.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Schedule & Availability

Aventura operates exclusively during evening hours.

• Sunday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Five scheduled evening shifts per week.
• Weekend availability required.
• Availability for pre-service preparation and closing responsibilities as needed.

Compensation & Career Development

Hourly Rate: $26–$30, depending on qualifications and experience.
