We're looking for a Digital Experience & eCommerce Administrator to join the PPQ team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to build their skills, contribute to meaningful projects and develop a long-term career in digital experience and eCommerce.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and genuinely excited to learn.

What You'll Be Doing
A typical day might include:
- Supporting website content updates and maintenance activities
- Assisting with digital experience and eCommerce initiatives
- Testing website functionality and new platform features
- Reviewing customer journeys and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting reporting, analytics and performance monitoring
- Assisting with SEO and digital optimisation activities
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on digital projects
- Using AI tools and digital technologies to support team initiatives
- Helping ensure digital experiences are customer-focused, accessible and effective
About You
You don't need extensive industry experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone with:

Exposure to any of the following would be highly regarded:
- Website and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Digital customer experience and eCommerce
- Data analysis and reporting
- Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles
- Customer journey mapping
- Customer insights and digital performance reporting
- AI tools and emerging technologies
Nice-to-Have
- Digital marketing campaigns or platforms
- Content creation or content management
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Marketing automation platforms
- Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
- Data visualisation and reporting tools
- Website testing and optimisation
