Job Description
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller – PHE & Fire Fighting to develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models for Public Health Engineering and Fire Protection systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop BIM models
- Coordinate PHE & Fire models with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, ELV and Interior disciplines.
- Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project requirements, and client standards.
- Works under general supervision.
- Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content.
- Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or related discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in BIM modelling for building services projects.
- Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, infrastructure, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
Additional Information
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (PHE).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of PHE design principles and relevant codes/standards.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines effectively.
