Brand Associate (part time)

The Role
Rhoback is opening our first-ever brick-and-mortar retail store in Dallas, Texas—and we’re looking for outgoing, energetic Part-Time Brand Associates to join our opening team!
As a Brand Associate, you are the face of Rhoback for every customer who walks through the door. Your job is to make every person feel genuinely welcomed, inspired, and excited about the brand—and to help them find exactly what they’re looking for. You’re not just ringing transactions; you’re creating experiences. You contribute to sales goals, store presentation, and daily operations with equal enthusiasm, because you understand that every part of the store’s success is connected—and you’re proud to be part of it.
This role is part-time. Store opening is targeted for November 2026.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Experience
- Greet every customer warmly and authentically—make them feel like they’ve walked into a place that was ready for them.
- Engage in genuine conversation to understand each customer’s needs, lifestyle, and preferences—then deliver personalized product recommendations and styling suggestions.
- Serve as a true Rhoback product expert: know the fabrics, the fit, the function, and the story behind what you sell.
- Assist customers with fitting room needs, product availability, and special requests.
- Actively contribute to store sales goals through strong engagement, upselling, and building lasting customer relationships.
- Capture customer contact information when appropriate to support relationship-building and follow-up.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, returns, and exchanges with care and integrity.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, escalating to a manager when needed.
Store & Brand
- Maintain visual merchandising standards—keep displays full, folded, organized, and true to the Rhoback aesthetic at all times.
- Support inventory tasks including restocking, folding, and organizing product on the floor and in the stockroom.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom clean, organized, and safe.
- Actively support store promotions, events, and initiatives.
- Represent the Rhoback brand in everything you do—your attitude, your appearance, your knowledge, and your energy all matter.
What We’re Looking For

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic familiarity with POS systems (Shopify POS a plus).
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- No-task-too-small attitude—willing to do whatever the business needs.

- Transactions, returns, and exchanges are processed accurately, and customer concerns are resolved or escalated appropriately.
Education and Experience
- 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and to periodically lift up to 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation
Hourly pay range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
