Job Description

To ensure the effective functioning of a Point/s of Representation (POR/s) including operational aspects (e.g., security, cash, etc.) and sales and service matters in line with client experience and laid down requirements. (Applicable where UB I, Cash Consultant I/II, forex and CLO are present).

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Licenses & Certifications: FAIS Representative

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Personal and Private Banking or Client Coverage roles
  • Demonstrated front-line experience in serving customers and meeting sales and service objectives
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of branch operations, including other departments and their functions **Core 
  • Team leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Strong understanding of cash handling, security protocols, and operational compliance
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management capabilities 
  • Proficiency in performance management and staff appraisal processes
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to banking operations
