About the Role
Bring globale Produktanforderungen präzise ins Layout
MAM Produkte begleiten Familien in mehr als 60 Ländern weltweit. Entsprechend vielfältig sind die Anforderungen an unsere Produktlayouts: unterschiedliche Märkte und Sprachen, regulatorische Vorgaben, Marketinganforderungen und regelmäßige Collection Changes.
Als Specialist Graphic Design & Artwork Management verbindest du grafische Umsetzung mit strukturiertem Artwork Management. Du erstellst Master Layouts, steuerst länderspezifische Adaptionen und begleitest Artwork-Prozesse vor der Anlage neuer Produkte in unseren Systemen.
An unserem globalen Marketing & Sales Standort in Wien arbeitest du eng mit Product Management, Brand Management und weiteren internationalen Schnittstellen zusammen. So stellst du sicher, dass alle benötigten Layouts korrekt, markenkonform und termingerecht zur Verfügung stehen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Umsetzung internationaler Artwork- und Layout-Anforderungen
- Erstellung, Anpassung und Pflege von Master Layouts
- Steuerung länderspezifischer Layouts und Marktadaptionen
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung der erforderlichen Produkt-Unterlagen
- Abstimmung der Layout-Anforderungen mit relevanten Fachbereichen
- Administration, Betreuung und laufende Pflege des zentralen Layout- und Artwork-Tools
- Nachverfolgung von Versionen, Korrekturschleifen und Freigaben
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Grafikdesign, Gebrauchsgrafik, Mediengestaltung, DTP oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Graphic Design, Artwork Management, in der Reinzeichnung oder Produktionsgrafik
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe InDesign und Adobe Illustrator
- Erfahrung mit WebCenter oder einer vergleichbaren Artwork-Management-Software
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung, Adaptierung und Reinzeichnung von Master Layouts und unterschiedlichen Layoutvarianten
- Gutes Verständnis für Typografie, Bildbearbeitung, Farbmanagement sowie Druck- und Produktionsanforderungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Versionierungen, Korrekturschleifen und strukturierten Freigabeprozessen
- Fähigkeit, regulatorische und marketingbezogene Vorgaben zuverlässig in Layouts umzusetzen
- Ausgeprägte Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise, auch bei mehreren parallelen Anforderungen und engen Zeitplänen
- Gute Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Unser Angebot
Für diese Position ist gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im kunststoffverarbeitenden Gewerbe ein monatliches Mindestgrundgehalt von € 3.491,99 brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 40 Wochenstunden vorgesehen. Die Einstufung erfolgt nach Vorlage der entsprechenden Nachweise in die Verwendungsgruppe IV nach 4 Verwendungsgruppenjahren.About us
