About the Role

Description

   

Summary/Overview:

The role of the Quality Assurance Coordinator is to support the documentation of all Quality documents which are issued internally and externally in support of the company’s Quality Management System as required by management. 

Essential Functions:

· Ensure proper documentation through the creation, maintenance, and use of controlled forms. 

· Verify that customer requirements are met for all products leaving the Quality Assurance office. 

· Perform contract review and ensure the outputs are documented. 

· Maintains control of documentation and records. 

· Compile documentation for audit readiness. 

· Support all audit requests as necessary. 

· Prepare and review certifications. 

· Assist in change management.

· Promote a culture of Quality. 

· Address customer feedback.

· Coordinates onboarding.

· Facilitate Training.

Work Environment: (revise as needed)
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some of the work will require exposure to loud noises or fumes in the manufacturing environment. 

Requirements

  

Required Education and Experience (revise as needed)

1. High school diploma required. 

2. Minimum (3) years’ experience working in an ISO certified manufacturing facility.

3. PC literate with working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Preferred Education and Experience: (revise as needed)

1. Would be nice to have the following training, experience, education, certification, etc. but not a necessity or essential to perform the job. 

a. Experience with AS9102 FAIR Forms. 

b. Experience with change management.

c. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
