We are looking for an HR Recruiting Specialist who is passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful careers.
What You’ll Do
As our HR Recruiting Specialist, you will play an important role in attracting and hiring employees who will make CMA’s mission possible. You will manage the full recruitment activities from the initial requisition through candidate selection and offer, while partnering closely with hiring managers and the Human Resources team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
- Creating and maintaining accurate, engaging job postings.
- Sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, career fairs, colleges, and other recruitment channels.
- Reviewing resumes and applications and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring candidates move through the hiring process in a timely manner.
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify strong candidates and support effective interviewing and selection.
- Ensuring required interviews, approvals, documentation, and hiring steps are completed before offers are extended.
- Maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Supporting recruitment events and employer-branding initiatives.
- Tracking recruitment activity and using data to identify opportunities to improve our hiring process.
- Helping create a positive, professional candidate experience from application through hire.

- Interested in using recruitment data and creative sourcing strategies to attract talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple open positions and competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct effective candidate screening and interviews.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and employees.
- Strong computer skills and experience using applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, human services, nonprofit, or similarly environment.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS
- Experience with recruitment analytics and sourcing strategies.
