Hybrid: This role is required to be in office Tuesday-Thursday (***Mondays and Fridays are eligible for remote work!)
ON-Call Rotation: This role requires full on-call coverage approximately once every nine weeks, including evenings and weekends. Frequency may vary based on staffing and business needs.
Job Range: $59,184 - $73,980/annually

You’ll monitor critical technology, troubleshoot issues, support updates and backups, and work alongside experienced IT professionals to keep our environment running smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Support the administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, connectivity, and network devices
- Help install, configure, update, and maintain servers while monitoring performance, availability, and overall system health
- Troubleshoot network, server, and connectivity issues, resolving everyday problems and escalating more complex challenges when needed
- Support user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, and access management while following established security practices
- Help protect system availability and data through patching, security controls, backups, recovery testing, and proactive monitoring
- Maintain accurate technical documentation while collaborating with Network, Security, Applications, vendors, and other IT teams on projects and improvements
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of network, systems, or related IT experience is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree—or equivalent certifications and experience—is preferred
- A basic understanding of network and server administration
- Familiarity with operating systems, infrastructure tools, Active Directory, and access management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across IT teams
- Flexibility to occasionally support evening or weekend technology needs
