Cash Management Specialist

Description

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in The Treasure Valley. We are looking for a Cash Management Specialist to join the accounting team.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

· Daily reconciliation of banking transactions to general ledger.

· Follow up with accounting teams on posting differences.

· Positive pay exception review.

· Monthly summary bank reconciliations.


Qualifications:

· Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred

· Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

· Intermediate user of Excel

· Excellent organizational skills

· Excellent time management skills

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently with minimal direction

· Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
