American Lumper Services is hiring General Warehouse Laborers in Braintree, MA! We are a growing nationwide warehouse management company dedicated to providing steady jobs to hard-working individuals. If you have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment, join our team today.
Rewards & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Pay Schedule: Weekly pay
- On-Demand Pay: Access your earned wages before payday
- Health Insurance: Available after 30 days of employment
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual starts on Day 1 (eligible to use after 90 days)
- 401(k) Retirement: Plan enrollment available after 180 days (6 months)
- Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off (consecutive days). Shift starts at 6:00 AM and runs until the end of the shift (typically 4:30 PM). The site operates 7 days a week; specific schedule days off are to be determined.
Key Responsibilities
- Freight Handling: Unload trucks and containers efficiently.
- Product Management: Sort retail products with strong attention to detail.
- Palletization: Stack, wrap, and stage pallets securely.
- Teamwork: Work quickly on your feet and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to consistently lift and carry 50+ lbs, and frequently stand, walk, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: A positive attitude, an eye for detail, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Logistics: Must have reliable transportation to the Braintree facility.
- Screening: Must be willing to undergo a background check and maintain a drug-free work environment.
