Overview
Join Publicis Sapient as a Visual Content Designer to produce high-quality digital assets at scale for a leading global tobacco industry brand. You’ll work within our Content Production team, turning strategic pillars into actionable content packages — collaborating with content strategists, producers, and category leads to bring their ideas to life through consistent, visually engaging media. Each quarter, the team plans and delivers new waves of content across two distinct brands, keeping output fresh and aligned with the evolving content strategy.
Your Impact
- Deliver batches of content for two brands, aligned to strategic pillars and timelines.
- Design static hero banners, supporting imagery, and PLP tiles for blog posts using existing assets and image libraries.
- Produce homepage banners, eCRM emails, and dark-market versions aligned with campaign themes.
- Lay out newsletters using brand templates, ensuring visual consistency across formats.
- Create social assets — including reels, static posts, carousels, and stories — for unified campaign concepts.
- Prepare graphics, stills, and copy treatments for short social video reels (up to 10 seconds).
- Adapt key visuals across various formats and channels; new concepting is out of scope.
- Work with content producers to ensure copy and design align and follow SEO best practices (alt text, image sizing, file weight).
- Maintain file hygiene: well-organized, layered PSD files with clear naming and version control.
- Ensure consistent adherence to each brand’s distinct visual identity.
- Review briefs early to validate asset feasibility and flag gaps promptly.
