Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a trustworthy and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and scheduling support, coordinate appointments, and help manage day-to-day priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a professional approach.
Responsibilities
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
Organize documents, correspondence, and other important information.
Assist with preparing meeting materials and maintaining organized records.
Handle routine communications and relay messages to the appropriate individuals.
Help track deadlines, reminders, and outstanding tasks.
Assist with coordinating daily activities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Conduct basic research and gather information as requested.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide general administrative assistance to support daily priorities.
