Senior Equipment Engineer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES：

• Be responsible for production line maintenance and support on site.

• Be responsible for supporting new machines installation, commissioning and acceptance track.

• Be responsible for making monthly and annual budget for assigned production line.

• Implement Maintenance KPI achievement.

• Analyze the root cause of equipment down time and figure out related action plan to achieve KPI target.

• Compile and review the relevant maintenance documents for production machine, such as equipment TPM documents, LOTO SOP, failure analysis report, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS：

• Bachelor degree or above majored in automation or mechanical-electrical.

• At least 5 years' experience on production line (especially automation equipment) maintenance.

• Strong ability on trouble shooting and commissioning.

• Good skill and knowledge on electrical, PLC, motor and sensors and machine vision system.

• Excellent skill on Siemens 1500/1200 PLC programming, commissioning in TIA platform is preferred.

• Excellent skill on Fanuc/ABB/Yaskawa robot programming, commissioning is preferred.

• Solid knowledge on TPM process.

• Strong ability of communication, coordination and organization and able to work under pressure.

• Experience in Full-automation line maintenance, automotive components assemble line is preferred.

• Experience with digital transformation projects in manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) projects, including data acquisition, analysis and implementation of condition monitoring systems is preferred. • Familiarity with Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms, SCADA systems, or MES integration is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Power BI, or similar) for equipment performance monitoring is a plus.

• Proficiency in AI vision camera debugging and application (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Basler or equivalent) in automated assembly lines is preferred. • Experience in configuration and application of torque tightening systems (e.g., Atlas Copco, Bosch Rexroth or equivalent), including parameter setup and process control, is preferred.
