About the Role

 

 

This Supervisory Role pertains to Supervisory in the Designation of *Prep Supervisor* an A.M Shift availability is required:

You will be over seeing a team of preppers and collaborating after assessing the days needs and watching over quality and proper execution  of items, delegating workload  in a time savvy manner based on urgency - with Lunch and Dinner  deadlines in mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
  • Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
  • Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
  • Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily

Key Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
  • Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
